I was initially interested in investing in this franchise until I did some research. After reviewing the many complaints and comments about Visiting Angels, I decided this was not a company I want to be associated with.

Simply put, if you want quality employees to provide good service then you must pay them a decent wage and treat them with dignity. Clearly, this isnโ€™t a part of the Visiting Angel business plan. All businesses and their staff need to be reputable. To be reputable you must be responsible to the customer and employees over time.

Given this company's poor performance over the few years it's been in business, I doubt it will survive (or certainly hope it doesn't).

I'm interested in learning about your findings from the research you did on the company. Is there any way we can communicate further?

I hate people like you. You're so brainwashed and you don't even know it.

Let me try to help although I doubt it will matter.

When you buy something, you look for the best possible deal. It doesn't matter if you're buying a bar of soap, a hamburger, or a maid. It's all the same. All of those things require human labor to make therefore when you buy ANYTHING, you're employing people directly or indirectly.

When you sell something, it's the same difference.

You are selling your labors, regardless of the form it takes. If you sell something you produced for $20 and no one wants it at that price, are your customers immoral?

If you want a job at $15 per hour and no one wants to employ you at that wage, are employers immoral?

No, of course not! It's all the same. People are people.

Can you please get a clue? Unwittingly, you're placing some people above others.

Unless you believe that employers are superior human beings, your point of view is senseless. Again...get a clue.

They are the WORST. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

They will lie and make the employees who they treat like dirt lie!!

They hide and cover up abuse and theft just to make money and keep the one with the checkbook on their side.

Please someone in Congress shut them down.

Anonymous your a fool. Everybody is in business to make money, not provide a day care for you. I hope congress makes you move to another country where you can sponge off of them instead of us.

The best thing to get Congress' attention is to file a formal complaint of the particular franchise you used with your state's Office Of the Attorney General. If you do this, the state will investigate.

If enough people file formal complaints over time, then the franchise will eventually be effected. Also, send an email or phone call to the enterprise journalists at your local newspaper to do a story on these types of non-Medicare, certified home health care agencies that get away with murder.
